Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu 01 is the first edition of the Finnish music contest Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu , which selects Finland's entry for The Origin Song Contest. The competition is organised by Yleisradio Oy (YLE) and will take place in February 2017.

The venue for the festival is the Hartwall Areena in Helsinki, Finland

The winner of the contest was Ellinoora who will sing her song "Elefantin Paino" at The Origin Song Contest 01 in Kraków, Poland. Ellinoora won by a very slim margin of just three votes over second placed Haloo Helsinki!
