The Origin Song Contest Pre Party 03, also referred to as the Minsk Pre-Party or Pre-Party Minsk, was the semi-official pre-party for The Origin Song Contest 03. The event was held at the Minsk Arena in Minsk, Belarus, on 9th February 2016, organised by the Belarusian broadcaster the wikipedia:National State Television and Radio Company of the Republic of BelarusBelteleradiocompany, in association with the Belarusian fan club for The Origin Song Contest. It was largely funded by Coca Cola BY.
TOSC entrants from all editions were welcome, but the main intention was to promote TOSC 03 entrants. 10 countries sent performers, and a delegation from Liechtenstein was present despite not performing. Portugal's performer, Aurea, missed the pre-party due to a delayed connecting flight from Kyiv, but recorded a live performance afterwards, which was shared on the internet.
